The 16th Engineering Mechanics Conference (EM 2003) of the American Society of Civil Engineers will be held on the University of Washington campus in Seattle. This annual conference of the ASCE Engineering Mechanics Technical Division attracts researchers from academia and industry from around the world to present their recent research. The Program for the conference consists of technical sessions, keynote talks, and a number of symposia. In addition, a banquet, a reception and a number of local tours are planned.
