Accommodations
Hotel rooms at discounted rates have been reserved for conference
participants; early reservations are strongly advised. To reserve
a room, please contact the hotel directly. Please identify yourself
as an EM03 participant. Reservations should be made by June 15, 2003,
after which rooms will be released to the general public and meeting
participants will not be guaranteed discounted room rates. Rates
listed below are subject to state and local taxes.

Dormitories
Dormitory rooms on campus are available for the conference.
A three day package for Tuesday,
July 15th through Friday, July 18th is available:

This includes three nights lodging, three breakfasts, and sales
tax. Rooms in the University of Washington residence halls feature
Ethernet and phone service.
Additionally, dormitory rooms may be reserved for single nights
Monday, July 14, Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19. The rates
are $54 per night for a single room and
$38.75 per night per person for a shared room. No meals are included.
Important: There are health safety requirements
that have been mandated for conference participants that have requested
campus dormitory housing from countries on the United States Centers
for Disease Control (CDC) SARS travel
advisory
list. The university
housing department will be contacting these participants directly
with more information. The most current information on travel advisories
