Submit Abstracts

Unsolicited abstracts are no longer being accepted. If your abstract has been accepted to a session organized by one of the ASCE committees, but has not yet been submitted to the Web site, please contact your session organizer or committee chair for submission information.

Submit Papers

Authors of accepted abstracts can submit the final version of their of papers between April 15 and June 1, 2003.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Papers must be submitted in PDF format. The final submission can be either an extended abstract (3 to 4 pages) or a full length paper. The submitted file should not exceed 3 MB.

The standard ASCE manuscript layout and formatting guidelines are suggested but are not required. The following templates may be used in preparing manuscripts.

The complete set of short abstracts will appear in the physical conference proceedings. The full submissions will be distributed on an accompanying CD-ROM. Authors will keep the copyright to their manuscripts. However, the Engineering Mechanics division of ASCE retains the right to include and distribute the papers, royalty-free, in the electronic conference proceedings.
