Information for Authors

Please use the ACM SIG proceedings templates posted at http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html in preparing the revised version of your paper based on reviewer comments. E-mail this revised version to Vadim Shapiro (vshapiro@engr.wisc.edu) and Gershon Elber (gershon@cs.technion.ac.il) by March 24th, 2003.

We have received numerous requests from authors for additional pages in each paper category. Given the limitations of the ACM budget, we are unable to accomidate these requests. In order to remain fair, we are asking all authors to stay within the specified page limits.

After your revised version is approved, you will be asked to submit a camera-ready final version, with any corrections, to the publisher in early April.

Information for Poster Presenters

Poster boards will be oriented vertically and measure 48 inches high by 36 inches wide.

Set-up time begins at noon, Wednesday, June 18. Push pins and velcro for mounting will be available if your poster is not premounted.

You may wish to prepare a short presentation of about 5 or 10 minutes that you can periodically give to those assembled around your poster.

E-mail questions and inquiries to sm03@ce.washington.edu.
