Travel
Seattle-Tacoma
International Airport is located 30 minutes south
of campus. Airport shuttle services and taxis provide transportation
between the airport and downtown hotels or the University area; tickets
and information are available on the baggage claim level of the airport.
Shuttle
Express is suggested for late night and early morning hours
or for transportation to the University area and locations not served
by the Gray Line Airport service. Departures are frequent and advance
reservations from the airport are not required. The one-way cost
to the University is approximately $23 (or $30 for two persons traveling
together).
The
Gray Line Airport Express provides frequent shuttle
service to downtown Seattle hotels between 6:00 a.m. and 11:45
p.m. The cost
is $8.50 per person one-way. Advance reservations are not necessary.
Tickets may be purchased from the service desks located on the baggage
claim level of the airport.
Taxi service from the airport to campus hotels is approximately
$35.00 one-way.
Visitor parking is available on the UW campus for $7.00 per day.
