Departmental Computer Support

The Civil and Environmental Engineering Department has some of the finest computer support staff on campus. They are ready to help you with general computing questions, including but not limited to:

  • CEE-licensed applications
  • CEE-owned hardware
  • Office ethernet connections
  • Equipment and software purchase

Questions should be directed to help@ce.washington.edu; the support team will respond to your question as soon as possible.

Computer Labs

CEE currently runs two computer labs:

  • More 001 Lab and Classroom
    75 workstations, 22" monitors, full software bundle
  • More 320 Lab
    16 workstations, 17" monitors, reduced software bundle

Lab opening hours
Mon - Fri, 6 a.m. - 11 p.m
Sat - Sun, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
More Hall and labs are closed on holidays.

All incoming CEE students are automatically authorized to access the computer lab using their Husky Card. No food or drinks allowed in the labs. 

Software is updated quarterly.

All UW students can freely download the following products for use on their privately owned computers:
